By an information alleging one prior felony conviction defendant was charged with stealing property of the value of more than $50. Sections 560.156 and 560.161, RSMo 1959 and V.A.M.S.1 Tried by a jury, he was found guilty as charged. The court found that prior to this offense defendant had been convicted, sentenced, and imprisoned for another felony. Section 556.280. He was sentenced by the court to imprisonment...
