These consolidated actions arose from a collision on December 17, 1964 between the tow of the M/V Apache and the stern of the M/V Midwest Cities resulting in damages to Midwest Cities and injury to Irvin Savoie, one of her deck-hands. Savoie brought the first action (No. 7949) against Apache Towing Co., Inc., owner of Apache. National Marine Service, Inc., as owner of Midwest Cities...
