This is a civil action brought to enjoin the defendants from interfering with the plaintiff's passage over an alleged right-of-way across the defendants' land. The cause was tried to a justice of the superior court, who entered judgment for the plaintiff and permanently enjoined the defendants from interfering with the plaintiff's use of a driveway alleged to be the location of the right-of-way.
