PER CURIAM.

The respondent in the above-entitled case filed a motion for leave to file a petition for a writ of certiorari to review certain actions of the family court and at the same time moved for a stay of all proceedings in that court. On the basis of the allegations in his petition, we granted his motion, ordered the writ to issue forthwith, and stayed all proceedings in the family court except a provision requiring the payment by the respondent...
