This appeal is from the decision of the Board of Appeals affirming the examiner's rejection of claims 5-7, 9-15 and 17 in appellant's application1 for "Veneer Filling Compound" as "unpatentable over Brown et al.2 or Aedikian,3 each alone or in view of Meiler et al."4
