PER CURIAM.

This civil action was brought to recover damages alleged to have been sustained as a result of the negligence of an agent of the defendant. It is before this court on the plaintiff's appeal from a judgment entered by the superior court on June 30, 1967, granting the defendant's motion for a summary judgment.
