This is an appeal by a widow from a judgment of the district court of Big Horn County denying compensation for the death of her husband under the provisions of the Workmen's Compensation Act. Also involved is a cross-appeal by the Industrial Accident Board from that part of the same judgment remanding the case back to the Board for determination of liability for any permanent partial disability of the deceased...
