The plaintiff Pioneer Credit Corporation brings this appeal from an affirmative judgment for the defendants on counterclaims in consolidated actions in the Addison County Court. The actions were commenced by the plaintiff against Howard and Winifred Carden of Hancock, Vermont to recover on two promissory notes.
