This is an appeal from an order overruling pleas of privilege of Kirby Lumber Corporation and Crawford Bowen. Plaintiffs, who are residents of Hardin and Jefferson Counites, Texas, brought this action for damages in Hardin County against the defendants, Kirby Lumber Corporation, Crawford Bowen, Lonnie Herrin and Henry Shane.
