WISDOM, Circuit Judge:

The National Labor Relations Board seeks enforcement of orders based on findings that the respondent, Southland Paint Company, Inc., violated sections 8(a) (1), 8(a) (3), and 8(a) (5) of the National Labor Relations Act, 61 Stat. 136, 73 Stat. 519, 29 U.S.C. § 151 et seq. The case is a run of the mine case as to the 8(a) (1) and 8(a) (3) charges. The 8(a) (5) charge, however, rests on the Board's finding that Southland refused to bargain...
