OPINION
KELLEHER, Justice.
This is a civil action instituted in the superior court to declare null and void an amendment to the zoning ordinance of the town of North Providence and to enjoin the issuance of any building permit sought in reliance upon the amendment. The case was heard by a justice of the superior court who entered a judgment dismissing this action. The plaintiffs have presented an appeal to this court.
