In these consolidated cases respondent has determined a deficiency in Callanan-Clark & Longo, Inc.'s, (hereinafter sometimes referred to as petitioner corporation or the corporation) income taxes for the taxable year March 1 to August 6, 1962, in the net amount of $5,864.18.2
