POWERS, Justice.

This is a statutory petition for relief from an alleged over-assessment of real property. It was filed in the superior court for Newport county on the authority of G.L. 1956, § 44-5-26. When the cause came on to be heard before a justice of that court, the respondents moved to dismiss on the ground that the petitioner was not entitled to relief, having first failed to bring in a true and exact account of all her ratable property...
