Plaintiff brought this suit to recover damages to his automobile and, as administrator of the estate of his minor son, for the boy's personal injuries, both resulting from a collision with a car driven by Mrs. J. Davis Bellou. The three defendants, Mrs. Bellou, her husband, and his liability insurer, answered denying negligence on their part and alternatively pleading contributory negligence on the part of plaintiff's son, driver of the plaintiff vehicle...
