This is an appeal from an order of a Habeas Corpus Court of Tishomingo County, Mississippi denying relief therein sought. These are the salient facts. Virgil Ledbetter, the appellant, was convicted in the Justice of the Peace Court for the First District, Tishomingo County, Mississippi on May 7, 1966.
