MASTERSON, District Judge.

On October 22, 1965, the plaintiff, Mercantile Financial Corporation, hereafter referred to as Mercantile, filed an "Order for Entry of Appearance, Entry of Judgment and Assessment of Damages" in this Court. Federal jurisdiction was based upon the diversity of citizenship of the parties. In its Order for Entry of Judgment, Mercantile averred that the defendants were in default under a Guaranty Agreement by which they guaranteed...
