PATTERSON, Justice.

This is an appeal from a decree of the Chancery Court of Forrest County affirming an order of the County Court which adjudged Jacqueline Suzanne Lee, an infant, to be a neglected child. The court withdrew her custody from her father and mother and awarded her custody to the Forrest County Welfare Department for placement in a suitable home pending further order of the court.
