This is an action brought by a veteran against his employer contesting an alleged denial of full reemployment rights guaranteed by Section 8 of the Selective Training and Service Act of 1940, as amended, former 50 U.S.C.App. § 308, recodified as 50 U.S.C.App. § 459 (hereinafter the "Act").
