This is an action to determine the proper disposition of insurance proceeds and certain items of other personal property in the Estate of Thomas E. Frazier, deceased. The decedent's mother, Sarah R. Frazier, is the executrix named in the will. She collected all the property of the estate and the sum of $138,752.12 in life insurance proceeds. Controversies having arisen, she instituted this will construction action in the Chancery...
