Based upon a jury verdict, judgment was entered awarding damages to the plaintiffs, E. A. Pursley and wife, Alma Pursley, against Herrin Transportation Company, Inc. in the amount of $23,310.00. This suit is for damages resulting from a truck-automobile collision.
