This action was commenced by plaintiffs in error, hereinafter referred to as plaintiffs, to recover damages resulting from the death of the son Nickolaus Noell, allegedly caused by the negligence of Bill Gene Pratt in the operation of a truck as the employee of Interstate Motor Lines, Inc. The deceased was riding a motorcycle at the time of the accident resulting in his death.
