This appeal concerns the dissolution of the partnership between Walter E. Mondale and Robert L. Johnson, and the Estate of H. Leonard DeKalb. Johnson sought an accounting and following issuance of an order to show cause the matter was heard on May 19, 1966, resulting in the appointment of a Special Master. Upon the submission of the report of the Special Master the trial court made, on November 22, 1966, its findings of fact and conclusions...
