OPINION

ONION, Judge.

The offense is driving an automobile upon a public highway while intoxicated; the punishment, assessed by the court upon a plea of guilty, five (5) days in the county jail and a fine of $125.00.

We find no merit in appellant's claim that the trial court erred in accepting his plea of guilty because he did not understand the court's admonishment of the consequences of his plea. The...
