In a receivership proceeding ancillary to a suit for construction of a will as well as for other relief, the District Court of Gregg County appointed a receiver for the assets and property of the Estate of Joe Blalack, Deceased, while an independent administration of the estate was in progress. An appeal from the trial court's order was perfected. The judgment of the trial court is affirmed.
