Appellant, dissatisfied with appellee's disallowance of a patent application filed in 1963,1 brought suit in the District Court under 35 U.S.C. § 145. After the trial de novo permitted by that statute, the District Court, 261 F.Supp. 286, stating its reasons at length upon the record, refused to interfere with the action of the Patent Office.
