Appellants, Jerry Hammond and Terry Evans, were convicted in the White County Circuit Court on January 25, 1968, of the crime of burglary and grand larceny, and were sentenced to the Arkansas State Penitentiary for two years on the count of burglary, and one year on the count of grand larceny.
