Appellants Charles Caci, Stephen A. Cino, Pasquale A. Natarelli, Frederico G. Randaccio and Louis Sorgi, were convicted, upon a trial by jury, of conspiring to commit a robbery which would affect commerce in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 1951 and conspiring to transport stolen goods in interstate commerce in violation of 18 U.S.C. §§ 371 and 2314.
