Appellant filed in the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida a motion under 28 U.S.C. § 2255 to vacate and set aside sentences which totalled 20 years imposed for various offenses including Dyer Act violations, 18 U.S.C. § 2312, forging and uttering counterfeit securities, §§ 471 and 472, and unauthorizedly wearing the uniform of a Navy Lt.
