Defendant was convicted of rape and sentenced to imprisonment for life.

".... (She) testified that she was living alone in one of two apartments in that building. There were three rooms adjoining her apartment which she usually rented out, but which were vacant at that time. (Tr. 145) (She) identified State's Exhibits 23-30 inclusive as...
