In May, 1964 Edward Fayte Duke sued Frances Roshong Duke for a separation. By way of a reconventional demand the wife obtained a judgment of separation and alimony pendente lite for herself and two minor children. On September 29, 1965 and November 10, 1966 Mrs. Duke filed summary proceedings in order to fix the past due alimony and make same executory but no disposition was made of either of them.
