Joe E. Weddle and wife brought this suit to recover for the death of their eight-year-old son who was struck by a truck and trailer loaded with calves belonging to T. L. Lester, the appellant herein, who was driving the truck at the time of the collision and death of Jim E. Weddle, appellees' son.
