MEMORANDUM BY THE COURT.

In the early morning hours of January 26, 1965 the petitioner failed to negotiate a curve on Route 10 in the Town of Jefferson. The petitioner was familiar with the highway at the point where the accident occurred. He testified that the highway was covered with hard packed snow and then again that it was a wet, slushy snow. He estimated his speed at 40 to 45 miles per hour as he entered the curve...
