This is a suit between the heirs of J. W. Dougherty over the ownership of personal and real property. J. W. and Callie Dougherty were the parents of six children—S. W. Dougherty, Leola Dougherty Williams, Basil Dougherty, Callie Lee Dougherty Mann, Vera Dougherty Bidwell, and Nellie May Woods. Before the institution of this suit, Nellie May Woods died leaving as survivors, three children—Booth Woods, Alvis Woods, and Dorothy Woods Dyer...
