PER CURIAM:

Appellant was charged in the municipal court of Seattle with committing a misdemeanor in that he did "touch, beat and strike one Adriana Nicolaas with intent to cause bodily injury" in violation of a certain city ordinance. He pleaded not guilty and was found guilty by the municipal court.
