MOISE, Justice.

Appellant was charged with first degree murder and was convicted of voluntary manslaughter.

There is some confusion and conflict in the proof as presented at the trial. However, our review of the facts is limited to a determination of whether the verdict is supported by substantial evidence when viewed in a light most favorable to the State, and with all permissible inferences indulged in support of the verdict.
