In a previous suit, Aetna Insurance Company recovered a judgment for approximately $138,000 against H. M. Ford and others. 394 S.W.2d 693 (Tex.Civ. App.1965, write ref'd n. r. e.). In an effort to satisfy that judgment, Aetna got out execution against the properties of Ford.
