After a contested hearing, the Madison County Board of Education cancelled the employment contract of one J. D. Wigley, a Vocational Agricultural teacher who had acquired a continuing service status, usually termed "tenure." Hereinafter in this opinion, we shall refer to Mr. Wigley as the teacher.
