This is a declaratory judgment action, brought in chancery, seeking to have the rights of the parties adjudicated with reference to a certain warranty deed, given to the defendants Blair by the defendant Lawrence Campbell. The deed recited the transfer of one acre of land belonging to the plaintiffs, Raymond and Kathleen Campbell, and was executed by defendant Lawrence Campbell as attorney in fact. The chancellor...
