Appellant was convicted of voluntary manslaughter, and this appeal follows.

Appellant and the deceased, T.G. Rose, were husband and wife, living on a farm outside of Tucumcari, New Mexico. On February 11, 1966, at the residence of the parties, appellant shot and killed the deceased. Appellant was charged with murder by an information filed by the district attorney.
