The facts which are not in dispute disclose the following: On April 29, 1965, in a case entitled Cowles Magazine and Broadcasting, Inc. v. Elysium, Inc., defendant was enjoined by the superior court pending trial from utilizing the word "Look" as part of the title of its magazine "Nude Look." Defendant appealed and on November 7, 1967, the order was reversed (
