Plaintiff in this protest has abandoned all claims save the claim that merchandise, imported from Hong Kong, described in the entry invoice as "Glass Water Balls", assessed at 50 per centum ad valorem, under TSUS item 546.51, is properly dutiable at 28 per centum ad valorem, under TSUS item 748.20.
