PER CURIAM:

In June 1964 appellant was convicted of housebreaking and assault and was sentenced under the Federal Youth Corrections Act. In September 1966 he was released on parole. In August of 1967 his parole was revoked by the U. S. Board of Parole, Youth Correction Division, which indicated that he would be considered again for parole in 1968. On September 11, 1967, appellant's writ of habeas corpus challenging his parole revocation was dismissed. In this appeal...
