In this action Mrs. Holder was granted an absolute divorce, awarded $18,000 as lump sum alimony payable at the rate of $150 per month and allotted certain personal property. The judgment ordered Mrs. Holder to restore to her former husband the interest in their farms she had obtained from him by reason of their marriage (KRS 403.065) and impressed a lien upon his farms to secure the payment of the alimony.
