This is a suit for damages for personal injuries sustained by the plaintiff, Reverend James St. Ann, in an automobile accident on January 17, 1964. A judgment was rendered in his favor against Joseph W. Bennett and his liability insurer, Associated Indemnity Company of Newark, New Jersey,1 in the sum of $5,500. Demands against all other parties were dismissed. The plaintiff has appealed seeking an increase in quantum....
