This is a suit to recover a deposit of $150.00 made by appellee, John C. Pickett to appellants, George Pierce et al for a copy of the drawings and specifications on a building to be constructed on the Texas Tech. College campus at Lubbock, Texas. Appellants filed a plea of privilege to be sued in the county of their residence and appellee controverted such plea, and on hearing such plea of privilege it was overruled.
