This is an action at law to recover damages for personal injury in an automobile collision which occurred on November 29, 1964. Plaintiff filed her complaint on October 25, 1965. An order permitting service on the Department of Motor Vehicles was entered on the same day. On October 9, 1966, a default judgment was entered against defendant.
