This cause came to be heard upon defendant's Atlantic Lines, Ltd. motion to dismiss on June 30, 1967. The Court having considered the motion, the pleadings, the evidence including exhibits filed herein and the argument of counsels for the respective parties, now makes the following Findings of Fact and Conclusions of Law.
