This is an action for damages for personal injuries. At the completion of plaintiff's case defendant moved for a judgment of involuntary nonsuit. The trial court held that it should be granted but continued the trial after advising both parties that it would sign and enter a judgment of involuntary nonsuit after a jury verdict without regard to the evidence subsequently produced in the case.
