This is a suit brought by Louis A. Howsley against Employers' Fire Insurance Co. upon a Texas Standard Home Owners Insurance Policy for the loss of personal property. Both parties filed motions for summary judgment. The plaintiff's motion was granted and judgment entered for the plaintiff for $1,000.00.
