On July 11, 1967 a Port of New York Authority patrolman petitioned the Family Court to adjudge appellant a juvenile delinquent, alleging that on July 10, 1967, appellant had committed acts which, had the appellant been an adult, would have constituted "Robbery & Violation 1851 Penal Law" (Family Ct.
